Specialist in Media Production, Social Media, and Marketing Strategy

I am Armin, a media producer and marketing strategist with a deep passion for storytelling, brand building, and cross-platform content development. I founded Armin Productions at 17, and since then, I’ve directed and produced over 20 short films and recently completed my first feature-length film, Foreign Homeland, and producing a new feature-length documentary, Eating Shawarma by the Bow River (2025), supported by Calgary Arts Development. My creative work spans narrative films, documentaries, and commercial content—often exploring themes of cultural identity, community, and social impact.

In 2022, I joined Iran Khabar, one of Alberta’s largest Persian media platforms, where I led a full-scale rebranding of their Instagram strategy. Our events—including Calgary’s largest Persian concert—consistently sold out, reaching thousands in attendance. Iran Khabar continues to implement the brand and marketing strategy I developed, resulting in sustained growth, deeper community engagement, and increased sponsorship opportunities.

In 2024, I also joined THE BRDGE as Media Partnerships Manager. I currently oversee a team of content creators, lead visual branding for clients, and manage strategic planning across digital channels. My earlier work as Content Strategist helped revitalize THE BRDGE's brand presence, shaping a consistent and modern identity that continues to drive audience engagement and business growth.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and completed an academic term at Università Bocconi in Milan. My background uniquely combines creative production with analytical marketing insight—allowing me to craft campaigns that are both visually impactful and strategically effective.

Currently based in Calgary, I’m passionate about using media and marketing to help brands tell better stories, connect with their audiences, and create lasting value.
